Living Well with Diabetes

While over time, diabetes can lead to vision loss and eventually blindness. The good news is that by learning to control your diabetes, you can help
reduce the chances of losing additional vision.

Join us for a seminar that will provide practical information about how to keep your diabetes under control, how it can affect your vision, treatment options, and tools for managing your blood
glucose levels.

Local nurse Alexis Budlong-Springer of Diabetes Education Services and Amy Rumanowski, a clinical pharmacy specialist at Brown Medicine, will co-facilitate this informative hands-on workshop. A light lunch will be provided. This workshop is open to clients and families.
