Knitting for Beginners

March 28 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Knitting is a proven method for stress reduction, increased mental clarity, fighting arthritis, and even preventing dementia. Join us for this three-part series for people who have never knit but want to learn how. Facilitated by longtime knitter Paula Lusignan, you will learn the basic techniques of the craft. Each participant will make a scarf that will be suitable to give as a gift or to keep for yourself. All of the needed materials, including yarn and needles, will be provided.

Participants must be able to commit to attending all three sessions.
