Just in time for Valentine’s Day, IN-SIGHT hosted a wreath-making workshop for adults living with visual impairments.
Starting with a heart-shaped wire frame, the participants weaved burlap ribbon around it and then inserted artificial roses, peonies, baby’s breath, and leaves to make unique wreaths suitable for display year-round.
IN-SIGHT hosts craft workshops throughout the year, providing an opportunity for people to explore adaptive techniques that make it possible to continue creative hobbies.
