Accessible Beeping Egg Hunt

The Rhode Island Accessible Beeping Egg Hunt was held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Johnston High School. More than 150 people, including kids who are visually impaired, deaf, and hard of hearing, along with their siblings and families, participated in several hunts that included beeping eggs crafted by the Rhode Island Bomb Squad.

The event was organized by the Rhode Island Parents of Blind and Visually Impaired Children (RIPBVIC) and Hands and Voices with support from the Rhode Island Lions Sight Foundation, the Rhode Island Brotherhood of Correctional Officers, the Rhode Island Bomb Squad, IN-SIGHT, and Camp Mauchatea.
