An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until December 23, 2020
These free one hour workshops are held at IN-SIGHT every Wednesday from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Everyone follows along at their own pace and comfort. This group is perfect for beginners as well as folks who have some Yoga experience. A Yoga mat is provided to each participant at no charge thanks to grants from the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation and BankNewport.
