We know that everyone is feeling a little stressed and isolated in these times. While we can’t do our regular Yoga class here at IN-SIGHT for the time being, we are pleased to be able to present weekly virtual Yoga classes to help you relax and stay in shape.
These videos, which are updated every Tuesday afternoon, provide easy to follow instructions. Feel free to pause the video as you go along so that you can go at your own pace.
