The Balancing Act program is for anyone who wants to improve their balance, stability, and reduce the threat of falls.
During this four session workshop series, you will learn techniques and exercises for improving your balance and reducing falls. Each participant will also receive large print instructions that can be used to practice at home between workshops.
There is a limit of 10 people. A light lunch will be served from 12PM – 12:30PM.
